It is really not a diet, just healthy eating. Healthy eating that consists of eating almost every 2 hours with Cardio and weights.
I am now in week 2. I have passed the walking around the thing,waiting in line, looking it up and checking it out to make sure it is not going to kill me.
I am now sitting in the seat, I hear the prerecorded voice tell me-"Keep all arms and legs inside the ride at all times, both played in English and Spanish, sometimes even French.
And I wait! Immediately I see the hill, boy, that suckers tall, and slow going. I am not sure if I really want to do this. Will it be worth it, will I like it!
So far, I love it!
I love the food, love the cardio and love the weights. I feel cleaner, lighter and stronger!
I am still just over that beginners hill though, waiting to see what the ride will really be like.
I know I will have to scream a little, my eyes are going to water a little and I might get a bug or two in my teeth, but I am still hoping for that exhilaration that you get when it is over and you did something that was really scary!
Um. Bugs in the teeth? I'm so not doing this diet.
